May 7 & 9 book talks and signings

May is one of the best times for garden book signings!

May 7 is particularly busy:

Daffodil by Barb Gorges

9 a.m. – 1 p.m. – I will stop by at 9 at the Cheyenne Honey booth at the Winter Farmers Market (yes, we have wintery, snowy days in May here!) at the Cheyenne Depot. Thank you, Verena, for selling “Cheyenne Garden Gossip” alongside your honey.

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. – It’s Family Day at the Wyoming State Museum and the theme is “May Flowers.” I will be there until noon, talking about native plants. It’s free, but families need a timed entry ticket: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/family-day-may-flowers-tickets-310789308187?aff=Webpage. “Cheyenne Garden Gossip” and “Cheyenne Birds by the Month” are available in the Museum Store and I would be happy to sign your copies.

2 p.m. – I’ll be speaking and signing books at the Ladies’ Spring Tea at First Christian Church.

May 9

I will be sharing gardening tips and signing books. Join the After 5 Stonecroft Crew at Crosspoint Fellowship Hall, 3501 Forest Drive. Admission is $12 and that gets you dinner and the program. Childcare is available upon request!   To be sure you get your spot, RSVP by May 4th. Call Julie at 307- 634- 8188.
