Saturday, at the Cheyenne Winter Farmers Market at the Cheyenne Depot, weather kept several vendors away so there was room for Verena Booth, Cheyenne Honey, who sells “Cheyenne Garden Gossip” books, to set up a table for me next to hers.

I enjoyed meeting shoppers and discussing gardening. Just about everyone who bought a copy confessed to being new to town, coming from Colorado, California, Arizona, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and even the lower elevations of Wyoming, or new to gardening.

I’m sure “Cheyenne Garden Gossip” will help them garden more successfully this summer!

Also, Michelle Shimmin, owner of 307 Made, at 1721 Carey Ave., invited me to sell “Cheyenne Garden Gossip” at her store!
