I’m pleased to announce Little America Hotel and Resort is now carrying “Cheyenne Birds by the Month.”

Little America, on the western outskirts of Cheyenne, has an elegant gift shop and it is open 24 hours a day so you can pick up your copy of the book anytime!

We visit Little America at least once a year for the Christmas Bird Count. We walk through the pines and spruces of the golf course (no one is playing in late December), especially in back by the reservoir. It’s also a great place to see a lot of jackrabbits!

Little America is where I stayed 40 years ago on my first business trip ever, sent down from Casper. It’s also where our family stayed the first week we were in Cheyenne 31 years ago–an elegant introduction to the city.
